The following document sets forth the Privacy Policy regarding our Drone/RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) use for CMS Surveyors Pty Limited. We respect and protect the privacy of the public. This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect and use information collected when using our Drone or RPAS. CMS Surveyors Pty Limited reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.

CMS Surveyors acknowledge that we will respect personal privacy. Our primary business relates to land and construction surveying services. We do not seek to record or photograph people. CMS Surveyors will not retain information captured that could identify an individual who has not given their permission for the data to be stored.

CMS Surveyors have been certified by CASA, carry an ReOC (Remote Operators Certificate), are accredited with the Australian Association of Unmanned Systems (AAUS) and is a member of the Australian Certified UAV Operators Inc (ACUO).

CMS Surveyors adhere to the strict compliance requirements set by CASA and ACUO. Together with our fully certified drone pilot, you can be assured that CMS Surveyors operate under a best practice Code of Conduct.
